Are you passionate about community issues and the arts? We want you to be part of our Neighbourhood Team, a dynamic group of Medway-based people who play a pivotal role in shaping Icon’s future.

As a member of this influential panel, you’ll have direct impact on our productions, outreach programmes and community engagement initiatives. Your perspective will drive innovation, inclusivity, and relevance in our work, making a lasting difference to the lives of our young people, participants and audiences.

We’re seeking diverse voices and perspectives to collaboratively make decisions as Icon embarks on a thrilling period of growth. The Neighbourhood Team meets 4-6 times a year for 2-3 hours. This is a paid role, paid hourly at £10.90 per hour (Living Wage).
