For over 15 years, award-winning charity Square Pegs Arts has been delivering accessible creative projects across Kent for people with learning difficulties and autism. For so many who have struggled to find a place in mainstream settings, Square Pegs Arts create inclusive spaces where everyone can belong and shine in their own way.
Here at Icon, we believe theatre is for everyone. No matter who you are, we should all have access to the transformative power of arts and drama. Which is why we were proud to commission through our Theatre31 young people programme, a pilot term of the Square Pegs Medway Drama Group.
The Medway group joined a portfolio of Square Pegs Drama Groups in Kent that support young people and adults to access the arts.
Welcoming members aged 14-25 with learning disabilities and autism, the Square Pegs Medway Drama Group is a place where you can work with amazing artists, build confidence and social skills, and most importantly, express yourself.
